Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our equine grooming and conditioning products and our commitment to maintaining product integrity, Tech n Tack, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds for correctly fulfilled orders. This includes unopened, opened, or used products; customer ordering errors; changes of mind; and dissatisfaction with individual product results.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page at https://buybarding.com/pages/contact within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain the item and all packaging until we have reviewed the claim.

When a claim is verified, Tech n Tack, LLC will ordinarily replace the affected or incorrect item at no additional charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered fulfillment. If Tech n Tack, LLC cancels an order, cannot fulfill an order, or is otherwise required by applicable law to issue a refund, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
